2. Eligibility

• You must be a resident of Saudi Arabia
• You must provide accurate and truthful information

3. Services Provided

• Comparing financing programs from licensed providers
• AI document analysis to accelerate qualification
• Credit analysis and profile matching against program criteria
• Referring qualified applications to finance providers

4. Fees

The platform is completely free for applicants. We charge no fees for applications, comparison, or qualification. Our fees are paid by finance providers only upon successful funding.

5. Accuracy of Information

Profit rates and conditions displayed are for guidance only and may vary based on the lender's credit assessment. The final offer comes directly from the finance provider.

6. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee approval of any financing application. Qualification through our platform does not constitute final approval from the lender. We do not provide financial advice. We recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor before making financing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and trademarks on the platform are owned by Diro. Copying or using them without prior permission is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
